On August 15, 2025, the Central Electoral Commission received Decision No. 6 of August 14, 2025, of the Electoral Council of the Bălți Municipality Electoral District No. 2, according to which the Council amended the proposals for the approval of the staffing structure of its working body.

In this regard, the Commission notes the need to amend the Decision of the Central Electoral Commission No. 3732/2025 “On the approval of the staffing structures of the working bodies of the constituency electoral councils established for the organization and conduct of the parliamentary elections of September 28, 2025.”

Pursuant to Articles 27(f) and (j), 32, 35(14), 37(1)(c), and 45 of the Electoral Code No. 325/2022 and based on the proposals submitted by the Electoral Council of the Bălți Municipality Electoral District No. 2, the Central Electoral Commission decides:

The Decision of the Central Electoral Commission No. 3732/2025 “On the approval of the staffing structures of the working bodies of the constituency electoral councils established for the organization and conduct of the parliamentary elections of September 28, 2025” shall be amended as follows:

1. The decision shall be supplemented with point 32 as follows:
   “32. The staff employed in the working body of the Electoral Council of the Bălți Municipality Electoral District No. 2 in the position of specialist, according to Annex No. 5, shall carry out their activity during the period of August 21, 2025 – September 30, 2025.”
2. In Annex No. 1, position 2 “Electoral Council of the Bălți Municipality Electoral District No. 2,” in the column “Specialists (total positions),” the number “3” shall be replaced with the number “4.”
3. The decision shall be supplemented with Annex No. 5 as follows:
