For the position of member of the electoral council of any level and of the electoral bureau of the polling station, only persons who hold appropriate qualification certificates, valid on the date of confirmation, issued by the Public Institution "Center for Continuing Education in the Electoral Field" 

All stages of the certification process are carried out through the Information System for Certification in the Electoral Field (SICDE) – certificare.cicde.md.
